WPC Gamrat terrace board made of wood composite is modern product, perfectly imitating wood, which perfectly blends into surroundings of modern and traditional houses and works great as a building material for arranging a terrace, a bridge, a balcony, promenade or pool edges, ect. This revelational product is a combination of nature and modernity, and thus the properties of highly selected wood flour with the properties of PVC plastics.
Why is it worth choosing a wood composite board?
A wooden composite board is a modern product, distinguished by high resistance to external factors. It fits perfectly into the surroundings of both modern and traditional houses. The advantage of its use is that it is easy to install and maintain. It is safe and environmentally friendly and completely recyclable.
The Gamrat decking board is a harmonious combination of nature and modernity. It is mainly made of wood flour and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thanks to which the composite is non-absorbent, non-flammable and low-abrasion. Another advantage of composite boards is the durability of the structure despite changing weather conditions - they do not change shape under the influence of temperature or humidity, they do not delaminate, or rot like natural wood. Therefore, they are perfect both as a floor and a fence. In addition, they are used to build piers, promenades, pool edges, etc. Moreover, a terrace board is a solid product that does not require maintenance. No matter where it is placed, it will survive unchanged for many years.
FULL DECKING BOARD
In response to customer expectations, Gamrat WPC has created a unique full terrace board, consisting of a composite top layer and a polymer-based inner layer. Filling the board allows to obtain a product that better imitates natural wooden products. The board is non-flammable as opposed to solid boards made of polyolefins (PE, PP). The dimensions of the terrace board are 160 mm x 20 mm in lengths of 3 and 4 m.

CHAMBER BOARD
A composite wood terrace board is a flagship product among Gamrat WPC systems. Our innovative materials successfully replace traditional wood and exotic wood products, and at the same time require less work effort and are more durable. The uniqueness of Gamrat WPC terrace boards lies in the combination of wood and plastic. 45% of the material is carefully selected wood flour, and another 45% is pure PVC. The remaining 10% was used to add materials that improve product parameters.

Seasoning
Composite boards, despite the fact that they are not entirely wooden, are also subject to the seasoning process. Seasoning of a wooden composite board is slightly different than that of pure wood. Composite is a material with a non-uniform structure. It is a combination of wood flour and PVC material. Thanks to this integration, it is possible to create a material that is distinguished by greater durability than wood. The overall process of composite seasoning is aimed at its stabilization. Its course is mainly influenced by weather conditions, mainly sunlight and rainfall. This process takes place in the first months after laying the boards on the terrace.
As a result of weather conditions, the composite boards are slightly brightened from year to year. Usually it is from half to one tone. Depending on where the composite boards are placed, the seasoning process may be faster or slower.
